Size
$350k - $1M in annual cash flow.
Business
- Business at least 10 years old.
- High ratio of recurring revenue to total revenue
- Clear, definable competitive advantage with identifiable levers for growth.
- Revenue comes from a diverse mix of customers
Financial
- At least 10% profit margins.
- Profitable for more than 5 consecutive years.
Industry
- Demand growing faster than inflation.
- Large addressable market.
- No single or small group of companies is dominant player in market.
Management
- Seller is motivated to sell 100% of the business to a reliable and competent steward.
- Desire to see the company succeed through its next phase
Geography
- Must be headquartered in New Jersey with a strong preference to North and Central New Jersey.
- Open to exploring e-commerce and remote opportunities.
